Refund and Cancellation Policies

Refund Policy for Article Publishing

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds for article publishing services are applicable only if approved content is not published to agreed-upon media outlets. If your content is not published as agreed, you may request a refund.

2. Cancellation Period: You may cancel your article publishing service within 24 hours of making payment. After this 24-hour period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation

1. Cancellation Period: Monthly subscription services may be canceled at any time, but the cancellation must be initiated at least 7 days before the start of the next subscription month. No refunds will be provided for monthly subscriptions after the 1st of the subscribed month.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be settled in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, India, to resolve any legal matters or disputes.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
